All rental prices are for the space only, and do not include any furniture, linen, food & beverage etc. All catering and furniture rentals (chairs, tables, etc.) need to be booked by the client. Client may use any caterer/vendor, as long as they are licensed and insured in Louisiana and meet with the hotel prior to signing contract. Chairs and tables are available for rental through the hotel. Client is responsible for “day of” wedding coordinator. Hotel can offer preferred vendors recommendations for officiant, photographer, florist or musician. Musicians are allowed in the courtyard but must adhere to city ordinances of under 69 decibels.
